LANGLEY PARK - Census Tract 8056.01, a jumble of garden apartments and strip shopping centers near Prince George's County's border with Montgomery County, has the highest concentration of Hispanics in Maryland, the 2000 census shows. From the Montgomery/Prince George's County line, Tract 8056.01 is bounded by University Boulevard on the south; by Riggs Road, Jasmine Terrace, Kanawha Street, 14th Avenue, Merrimac Drive and 15th Avenue on the east; Quebec Street on the north; and New Hampshire Avenue and Merrimac Drive on the west.
