ROCKVILLE, Md.- In celebration of Maryland's Arbor Day, Rockville is replacing the 150-year-old tree that used to stand in front of its red brick courthouse.

Fourth graders from a Montgomery County elementary school joined Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett and Rockville's mayor in a special tree planting.
