"We just realized that we know the history, and we know the art, so why not
have a museum?" says artist Dobson.
They started by "throwing things on the walls, and we just continually kept
adding stuff," Dobson says.
Although the museum is relatively new, the artists say they
have a solid following and have gotten calls of support from as far away as New
Zealand.
Reilly says people have come to trust the museum and its artists, who also do
body piercings.
"We don't advertise," she adds. "We don't need to."
