Marylanders on the Midterm Elections

Ralph Hall, 55, an inventor from Rockville, said this election season has left him cold.

Hall, a Republican, said the campaign seems to have turned into, “slam the other guy,” politics, and he’s had enough of it. It’s only gotten worse as the elections gotten closer, he said.

Hall said he would like to see real talk on the most important issue in Maryland: education. “I think the education system is a concern, but I don’t think they’re addressing it positively,” he said.

But, he said, he sees himself supporting Gov. Robert Ehrlich on his bid for re-election, over his Democratic opponent, Baltimore Mayor Martin O’Malley.
