Gov. Martin O'Malley (D) greets Jonathan Brown, son of Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown, at an inaugural prayer breakfast at Martin's Crosswinds in Greenbelt. The breakfast was the first stop of O'Malley's long inaugural day, which would also include a swearing-in ceremony at the State House in Annapolis and a parade around State Circle. The parade included marching bands from schools across the state. O'Malley's day was capped with a black-tie optional ball at the Baltimore Convention Center.
