University Instructor on Study Tour in Egypt Leaves Just Before Uprising

WASHINGTON - Zein El-Amine has led college students on educational visits to the Middle East for a number of years. A trip to Egypt last month found this adjunct instructor on hand as the democratic uprising was getting underway.

 

El-Amine says he is optimistic about change in Egypt and hopes to continue bringing University of Maryland students to Egypt in the future.
