John Booth-El, a Baltimore man sentenced to death for the 1984 murder of an elderly couple, calls Maryland's death penalty "state- sanctioned murder." Meanwhile, survivors of his victims wait anxiously as Gov. Martin O'Malley pledges to resume stalled executions for the five men on Maryland's death row.
