High-powered Trio Tours Baltimore Schools to Gauge Reforms

U.S. Education Secretary Arnie Duncan, the Rev. Al Sharpton and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich tour three schools in Baltimore as part of a national tour to highlight school challenges and analyze reforms.
