Van Hollen, Others, Back Teen Driver Restrictions

Rep. Chris Van Hollen and teen driver safety advocates press to tighten license requirements for teenage drivers. Vah Hollen is co-sponsoring a bill that mandates a graduated licensing program and would prohibit solo night driving until age 21.
