A Ride to Remember

Greg Marders (on bike), 36, of Turkey Point, Md., built this specialty bike with a friend for $500. The Briggs and Stratton three-and-a-half horsepower motor isn't powerful enough for the Beltway ride, he said.

"I just brought it to show off. I thought there'd be more specialty bikes here, but I guess I'm in the wrong place."
