O'Malley and Ehrlich Poll Results, 2010
In 2006, Democrat Martin O'Malley defeated Republican Gov. Robert Ehrlich, 53 percent to 43 percent. Polls tracking their rematch this year show a tight contest, with Ehrlich taking the lead once, in July. An October Ramussen poll shows that 49 percent of voters would choose O'Malley and 41 would vote for Ehrlich.
